1. Acceptance
By using genuinesingles.com you agree to these terms. Membership services, subscriptions and messaging are provided via our membership platform at members.genuinesingles.com and are additionally governed by the terms presented there at signup.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By creating a profile you confirm that you are 18 or over, legally able to enter into this agreement, and using the service to seek a genuine personal relationship.
3. Your profile and conduct
- All profile information and photos must be truthful, current, and your own.
- Profiles are reviewed before publication and we may decline or remove any profile at our discretion.
- You will not use the service for commercial solicitation, advertising, or to request money from other members.
- You will treat other members with respect. Harassment, abuse, discriminatory conduct or explicit unsolicited content will result in removal.
- You will not attempt to scrape, copy or harvest member data.
4. Safety
We verify profiles at publication, but we cannot guarantee any member's ongoing conduct. You are responsible for your own interactions — please read our safety guidance and take sensible precautions, especially when meeting in person. Never send money to someone you've met online.
5. Content and licence
You retain ownership of content you post, and grant us a licence to display it on the service for its operation. All other site content, branding and design is our property and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, without refund of any subscription fees where the breach is serious.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the conduct of members, for loss arising from use of the service, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. General
We may update these terms from time to time and will post changes here. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
